We are looking for an Entry Level Account Manager for our office.

Requirements:

• Willing to learn the business and go through paid training
• Ability to discuss accounts with customers to service accounts and make sure everything is working well for them
• Handle customer requests over the phone and in person

Responsibilities :

• Ability to discuss accounts with customers
• Working with customers to handle any questions and inquiries that need to be handled
• Support current customers by handling phone calls, transfers, claims and correspondence
• Establish positive working relationships with clients and all corresponding businesses to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
