Job Responsibilities:

* Answer the telephones in a professional manner

* Provide quality assistance and customer service to existing customers and new customers

* Process high volume of paperwork in computerized environment.

* Navigate company websites

* Assist customers in making payments

* Complete necessary follow ups and workflow transactions in a timely and efficient manner

Job Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and writing skills

* Must be computer literate with good typing skills

* Must have good organizational skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment

* Must have a positive attitude, willingness to help others and be a team player

* Must be strong at multi-tasking and detail oriented

* Must be Dependable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
