We are seeking a State Nutrition Implementation Specialist to deliver our purpose-built nutrition administration software to our State Nutrition customers.
The Product Management Team
  • Represents the voice of customer
  • Responsible for requirement definition creation, eliciting customer needs, rather than what customer asks for
  • Works cross-functionally for product release and launch (documentation, training, marketing, support)
  • Supports or owns the management and prioritization of the product backlog of requirements
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
What we are looking for:
  • Work collaboratively with development, design, professional services, sales, and customers to define User Story requirements for development
  • Act as a resource for development and QA questions regarding the User Story and participate in any sessions or meetings throughout the development process
  • Test and perform internal Acceptance Testing prior to release to customers for UAT
  • Collaborate in any documentation required for customer testing as a part of UAT on that requirement
  • Perform as a resource to the organization for any questions that arise as the result of that work
  • Work as a member of the Product Management team to align to best practices within the team.
