SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
  • 5-10 years' experience as a project manager, high-level administrative function, or operations experience
  • IT experience preferred or strong understanding or aptitude for IT functions
  • Experience with specific software a plus: BQE, Bill.com, QBO, and Litmos
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across the organization
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude & a fit with the company's culture values


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:


  • With support of external computer management partner, manages IT tasks related to processing, updating, and maintaining data. As the system administrator, basic IT duties will include, but not limited to:
    • On and Offboarding personnel functions
    • Workforce recordkeeping
    • Liaison for software set up
    • Set up logins
    • Set up controlled access
    • Create and manage system permissions, database, and user accounts.
    • Manage, organize, and maintain the organization's password inventory for all software
  • Support organization as internal primary point person with external computer management partner by managing the vendor relationship and acting as the liaison for staff needs
  • Manage and maintain asset management inventory records for laptops, cell phone, and key cards
  • Field questions, troubleshoot and assist staff in general software and technical support
  • Develop processes to organize and streamline department information to manage accurately and efficiently
  • Manage company telecommunication systems
  • Maintain hardware and replace as needed
  • Manage meeting room technology
  • Support all projects set forth at the direction of Director of General Business Affairs
