In this role you will interact with stakeholders across the organization and leverage data and analytics to drive strategic analysis for a variety of evolving needs. These range from identification of opportunities for revenue growth, client acquisition and retention, operational optimization, and cost savings.
You will plan, develop, and implement data management and analytic solutions, including identifying data, partnering with Enterprise Analytics on data table development, and designing and prototyping data visualization solutions and self-service reports.
Your success will be determined by your ability to turn data into a story that can be understood by a wide variety of audiences. You will also be tested in your ability to turn these stories into actionable business insights. The contributions you make will have a lasting impact in healthcare, helping underserved populations on their path to better health.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing data visualizations and self-service reporting in Tableau or other data viz tools
- Experience with SQL or other Statistical and Database warehouses
- Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Education
Bachelor's degree of equivalent work experience in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
