Role: Recruiter I Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months Contract
Job Responsibilities:- Overview: Under general supervision, conduct full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, face-to-face interviews, selection, compensation negotiations, reference checks and on-boarding activities. Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles.
- This will include active and passive candidate sourcing techniques including cold calling and internet based sourcing.
- Market career opportunities and aggressively manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements.
- Adhere to assigned performance metrics. Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
- Responsible for participating in select talent acquisition process improvement projects, tracking and reporting individual recruiting metrics and taking on new initiatives as they develop. (e.g. international recruiting, college/university recruiting) Specialized Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures as well as employment law.
- Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful record of accomplishment filling positions.
Required:
- Seeking candidates with extensive high volume interviewing AND hiring level responsibility.
- Making hiring decisions alongside the MNGR is preferred.
- Recruiter I (Interviewer) will interview applicants to determine match for job openings and extend offers on behalf of the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or in an equivalent business related degree strongly preferred. 1-3 years of corporate recruiting experience ; executive search and/or agency experience is a plus.
- High volume recruiting activity to include sourcing, interviewing, attending virtual hiring events, making hiring decisions, managing candidate workflow within the ATS and pushing candidates forward to the offer process.
- Resources will need to be able to work independently and have previous high volume recruiting experience.
